Pennsylvannia's Original eDivorce Lawyer

PAYMENT & MAILING INFORMATION

Payment Options:

All payments can be made online by using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex accounts. You may also pay via money order. To pay via money order, complete THE DIVORCE WIZARD but do not make payment when taken to the cart. Instead send your money order made payable to Cairns Law Offices to 3433 West Lake Road, Erie Pa 16505.

We do not take personal checks because they take too long to clear our account (up to 30 days). We perform your chosen no fault Pennsylvania divorce and legal services when payment for that service clears our account. If you are an existing client and need to make a second divorce payment or add another service, just enter The Divorce Wizard.

We offer payment plans for our divorce service that start at only $29. All other services must be paid in full. You should go through The Divorce Wizard to learn more.

Mailing Options:

In order to save you time and money, we require you to have access to an email account. You'll also need access to a printer so you can print about 5 pages of legal documents that we will email you. The court does require original signed documents from you, so you will need to send mail to us. Our mailing address is:

Cairns Law Offices

Email service is absolutely the FASTEST SERVICE, and it means all of our contact with you will be through email whenever possible. We will provide you with PROACTIVE UPDATES whenever we do anything in your case, and we will promptly answer your email questions about your case by email. We always try respond to your emails by the end of the next business day, if not sooner. With email service, if you've been separated 2 years or more, your divorce takes about 4-8 weeks, as long as you and your spouse respond promptly. If you've been separated less than 2 years, your divorce will take about 3.5 to 4.5 months as long as you and your spouse respond promptly.

We no longer offer "Snail mail" service (using the regular mail system to send you information). It simply takes too long, is inefficient, and ends up costing you too much time and money.

Our proactive updates keep you informed during every step of your simple divorce, and we let you know when there is an action you need to take. We take the stress out of the process and let you concentrate on more important matters.

We represent you and not your spouse, and will act accordingly. Our relationship with you is confidential. Your spouse will not receive updates and we do not communicate with your spouse. We do, however, encourage you to keep in contact with your spouse regarding your divorce.
